Set up notifications & reports
In addition to viewing live results in the dashboard, you can set up Reports or Notifications that deliver results via email or to your Ombea Inbox.
Reports are scheduled on a regular basis, e.g., weekly
Set Up Reports
From the top-right corner of the OMBEA Insights dashboard, click on your name, then click Account.
Under My scheduled reports, click Manage.
Schedule Report.
Follow the on-screen prompts to define your Report, then click Add.
To define additional RFew readersSubscribe to notifications
You can subscribe to notifications that you've created or notifications that others have shared with you.
Steps
From the top-right corner, click on your name, then click Account.
Under My notifications, click Manage.
Select the notifications you would like to subscribe to by ticking the Notify by email and/or the Notify in Inbox check boxes.Few readersAdjust notification settings
Ombea features an Inbox which helps collaborate and coordinate with your team in response to customer feedback. To get Notifications into the Inbox, you must first define some. See Set up notifications to set some up.
Steps
From the top-right corner, click on your name, then click Account.
Under My notifications, click Manage.
Click the Edit button next to the notification you would like to edit.
