New to Ombea? Start with Details. Pick your Stream, set "Last 7 days" as the period, and explore. That's the fastest way to understand what your data looks like and where to dig deeper.
The two views you need to know
Your dashboard has two tabs. Here's the difference:

Details — where the insights live
Pick a Stream and a Location, set a date range, and the page builds itself: one chart card per question, filters to slice the data by time or place, and individual responses at the bottom.
This is where you'll answer questions like:
- "How are we doing this week vs. last week?"
- "Which location is underperforming?"
- "What are people writing in the comments?"

Overview — your quick pulse check
Multiple Streams on one screen — each as a card with a score, a trend arrow, and a response count. Scan it in 30 seconds to see where things stand.
Make it a Monday habit. Open Overview, scan the scores, spot anything unusual, then jump into Details for the ones that need attention. Five minutes a week keeps you ahead of problems.
Your admin controls which Streams appear here. Want it enabled? Ask them to turn on Show in Overview in Stream settings — see Dashboard for the step-by-step.
Get more from your data
Once you're comfortable with the dashboard, these features take it further:
Is your score going up or down? Open the Compare tab on any Smiley or Multiple Choice chart card to see how scores change over time, between touchpoints, or across days and hours.
