Find Focus Areas
Zero in on what matters most — the areas that need attention right now.
You can't fix everything at once. Focus areas help you figure out where to spend your energy for maximum impact.
Focus on what you can change. The most valuable insights are the ones you can act on — prioritize improvements within your control for the fastest impact.
Use the Details View
The Details view breaks your results down by location, question, or time period. Sort by score to see which areas are underperforming — those are your focus areas.
Look for Patterns
- One location consistently low? That's a local issue — staffing, process, or environment.
- One question scores low everywhere? That's a systemic issue — training, policy, or product.
- Scores drop on specific days? Check what's different — shift changes, higher volume, different staff.
Filter and Compare
Use filters to narrow down:
- By location — isolate a region or site.
- By stream — focus on a specific survey.
- By time — compare periods to see if things are improving.
The goal isn't just to find what's broken. It's to find what's broken and fixable. A low score on "parking availability" might be outside your control. A low score on "staff friendliness" is not.
Share What You Find
Once you've identified a focus area, use the download or scheduled report features to share the data with the people who can act on it. Data only drives change when it reaches the right hands.
