Dashboard

Your feedback, visualized. Here's how to find what matters.

The Dashboard is your command center — every response from every touchpoint lands here automatically. It has two views:

Tip:

Start with Details. This is where you'll spend most of your time — and where the real insights live.

Details — your daily driver

Pick a Stream and a Location, set a date range, and the page builds itself.

  1. Pick your Location — use the touchpoint picker to select a Folder, Location, or Website.
  2. Pick your Stream — choose which survey's results you want to see.
  3. Set the time period — use predefined ranges (last 7 days, last month) or set a custom range.

Pro move: Bookmark your most-used combination. The URL saves your selection — open it anytime and you're right back where you left off.

Click the filter icon on the right side of the control bar for more precision:

  • Touchpoints — narrow to specific feedback channels within your selection
  • Time of day — e.g. only morning shifts (08:00–12:00)
  • Weekdays — e.g. only weekends

Active filters show up as removable chips below the controls. Easy on, easy off.

Every question gets its own card. What you see depends on the question type:

Smiley questions — three tabs:

  • Summary — donut chart with response distribution and your index score front and center
  • Compare — see how scores change over time or between locations
  • Focus — AI-powered analysis showing where to improve for the biggest impact on your score

Multiple Choice — two tabs:

  • Summary — donut chart with answer distribution and percentages
  • Compare — track how choices shift over time or across locations

Free Text — two tabs:

  • All — individual responses in a list or word cloud view
  • Summarize — AI-generated summary of all responses (kicks in at 30+ responses)

Responses by respondent — a searchable table of individual submissions with name, contact details, and all answers in one place.

Available on Smiley questions. Focus mode ranks your biggest potential score gains — broken down by time, location, or both.

  • Group by time — find your weak hours or days
  • Group by place — find your underperforming locations
  • Time and place — combine both for the full picture

This is the fastest way to go from "our score dropped" to "here's exactly what to fix."

  • Fullscreen — expand any chart card to fill the screen. Great for team meetings or lobby displays.
  • Percentage vs Count — toggle in the chart menu. Use percentage for trends, count for volume.
  • Download — export any view as a report. See Download a Report for details.

Overview — the big picture

Multiple Streams on one screen — your scoreboard for a quick pulse check.

Use the picker at the top to select a Location, Website, or Folder. Each panel shows one Stream with:

  • Overall score — your primary satisfaction index
  • Trend comparison — how this period compares to the last
  • Location comparison — how this spot performs vs. peers
  • Question-level breakdown — results per question

Click the link icon on any panel to jump straight into Details.

The Overview is opt-in — nothing shows until you configure it:

  1. Go to Streams and select the Stream or Stream Mix.
  2. Click Edit, then open the Settings tab.
  3. Under Dashboard Overview settings, turn on Show in Overview for the question that best represents the overall experience.

Less is more — pick 3–5 Streams that give your team the clearest signal.

Every card has a menu (⋯) with quick actions:

  • Open in Details — jump into the full view
  • Hide for [name] — remove a card (bring it back anytime with Show hidden)

Want a different order? Toggle Re-order in the top right, drag cards into place, and hit Review & Apply.

Tip:

Make it a Monday habit. Open Overview, scan the scores, spot anything unusual, then jump into Details for the ones that need attention. Five minutes a week keeps you ahead.

What you see depends on your access

Both views show data based on your permissions — the Locations and Folders your account has access to. On Overview, your admin also controls which Streams appear.

See something a colleague doesn't? It's a quick permissions adjustment away — see Add and Manage Users.
