Get Automatic Email Reports

Put your feedback reporting on autopilot — daily, weekly, or monthly.

Stop logging in just to check the numbers. Scheduled reports drop a feedback summary straight into your inbox -- daily, weekly, or monthly. You pick the scope, the format, and the frequency.

Tip:

Start with weekly reports. They hit the sweet spot between staying informed and avoiding inbox overload. Increase frequency only when you're acting on every report.

Set Up Reports for Yourself

  1. Click your name in the top-right corner and select Account.
  2. On the Account page, click Manage on the My scheduled reports card.
  3. Click Schedule report to add a new one.
  4. Configure the report (see settings below) and click Save.

Need to edit or delete a report? Follow the same steps to reach the Scheduled Reports tab, then click the report row you want to change.

Two settings control when the report ships and what data it covers.

Period — the time window the report covers:

  • Yesterday
  • Last 7 days, Last 14 days, Last 30 days
  • This week, Last week
  • This month, Last month
  • This quarter, Last quarter
  • This half year, Last half year

Frequency — how often the report is sent:

FrequencyWhen it is sent
DailyEvery day
WeeklyThe first Monday of each week
MonthlyThe first day of each month

Good to Know

Period and frequency are independent. A Weekly report with a Last 30 days period sends every Monday and covers the most recent 30 days. A Daily report with a Yesterday period sends every day and covers only the previous day. Mix and match to fit your workflow.

The report pulls the same data as the Dashboard — filtered by the selected Folder, Location, or Website and Stream.
