What Is a Stream?
Your survey — built once, deployed anywhere.

A Stream is your survey. The questions, the design, the logic. Build it once, connect it to your Touchpoints, and responses flow into your Dashboard automatically.
Create a Stream
- Click Streams in the left menu.
- Hit the + button and pick a type.
- Blocks tab — add your questions, set the order, add translations if needed.
- Settings tab — name it, select Touchpoints, choose your satisfaction index.
- Click Save. Done — your Stream is live.
Start with one question. Get it running, see the data flow in, then add more questions later. You can edit a live Stream anytime.

Good to Know
One survey at ten locations = one Stream connected to ten Touchpoints. Not ten Streams.
Changes to questions or options apply to new responses going forward. Existing data stays untouched. The URL stays the same — QR codes and shared links keep working.
Remove a Stream and historical responses stay on your Dashboard. Nothing gets wiped.
Button device data arrives every hour. All other types update in near-real time.
