How Ombea Works

The building blocks of Ombea — get these right and everything else makes sense.

Everything you need to know — in 60 seconds.

Ombea collects feedback and shows it on your dashboard. Three concepts. That's the whole platform.

ConceptWhat it isWhere you find it
StreamYour survey — the questions you askStreams menu
TouchpointWhere you ask — tablet, link, QR code, widgetTouchpoints page
DashboardWhere you read results — scores, trends, responsesDashboard

Build a StreamA feedback collection setup — the questions, design, and logic. Think of it as a survey template attached to a Touchpoint. once. Deploy it to one or more TouchpointA feedback channel inside a Location or Website — such as a tablet, a feedback link, or a review import.s. Results appear on your DashboardThe main screen in Ombea where you view, filter, and analyze all your feedback data. automatically.

The feedback loop

Collect → Understand → Improve → Repeat.

That's the cycle. The teams that get the most out of Ombea run it every week — check the scores, pick one thing to improve, and track if it moves the needle.

Tip:

Start small. One Stream, one Location, one question. Watch the data flow in. You'll learn more in 10 minutes of real use than an hour of reading.

The Hierarchy: Where Feedback Lives

Think of it like a filing cabinet:

- 📍 Locations & Websites — the places where feedback happens. A store, an office, a website.

- 📲 Touchpoints — the actual devices and channels inside each Location. The tablet by the exit, the link in the email.

Folders control who sees what. Give someone access to a Folder and they see all Locations and Touchpoints inside it. See Set Up Your Organization.

Touchpoints — Where You Ask

A TouchpointA feedback channel inside a Location or Website — such as a tablet, a feedback link, or a review import. is a feedback channel at a specific location. The tablet at the door. The QR code on a receipt. The link in a follow-up email.

One Stream, many Touchpoints. Build your survey once and deploy it to as many places as you need. Same questions, different locations — all results in one place.

Tip:

Timing is your superpower. The closer to the experience, the better the insights. A tablet at the exit beats an email three days later.

Streams — What You Ask
