5. Investigate

The data is useless until you act on it. Before acting, it pays to investigate and brainstorm with colleagues about the 'what' and 'why' of the data you're receiving.

Find your weaknesses

Positive feedback is nice, but negative feedback is where your growth lies. The clues are all in your Dashboard. It's easier to find if you use filters.

Filter your results

Discuss with colleagues

We recommend you meet with colleagues regularly to discuss the data. You might meet daily, weekly or monthly - the frequency depends on your industry.

The agenda is the Ombea data.

What does it show?

Which locations do you need to scrutinize, and when?

Who is responsible for exploring each finding?

What improvements or projects might you need to put in place?
