Launch the feedback initiative



It’s vital that you tell people, whether they be customers or employees, what you’re doing and why. If you don't, you can suffer from poor feedback volumes and, worse, create an atmosphere of skeptcism or mistrust when people draw their own conclusions about why you are measuring their thoughts!

Here at Ombea we recommend you go beyond a single announcement. Repeat the message, then repeat it again. Remind people often that you’re interested in their feedback, and remind them often how it helps them to help you.
