Set Up a Feedback Link
Create a shareable survey URL for email, SMS, QR codes, or print.

A feedback link (called an "Anywhere" TouchpointA feedback channel inside a Location or Website — such as a tablet, a feedback link, or a review import. in the admin panel) gives you a URL you can share via email, SMS, QR codes, or printed materials. Add it inside a LocationA physical place (store, office, clinic) in your Touchpoint hierarchy where feedback is collected., then assign a Link Survey StreamA feedback collection setup — the questions, design, and logic. Think of it as a survey template attached to a Touchpoint. to it.
Test the link from a phone before sharing. A quick check from a different device catches configuration issues before they reach your respondents.
Add a Feedback Link
Head to Admin > Touchpoints in the sidebar. Open your Location for editing and go to Step 2 — Touchpoints. In the Anywhere Touchpoints table, click Add touchpoint.
- Subscription ID — Paste the ID provided by your Ombea account manager.
- Touchpoint Name — Give it a descriptive name (e.g. "Post-visit email" or "Receipt QR").
- Select language mode — Choose a mode: Stream language (default), Select language, or Browser language. See Set Your Survey Language for details.
- Click Add.
Nothing is saved until you click Save on the Location wizard.

Good to Know
Click the delete icon on the touchpoint row. A confirmation dialog warns that all associated results will be removed. The deletion stays local until you save the Location wizard.
