ExpressTab Troubleshooting

Issue: Tablet Screen is Off


Possible Causes:



Device powered off due to low battery.


Faulty USB charging cable.
Faulty charging adapter.

Solutions:


Step 1: Check the Charging Cable
Reconnect the Charging Cable:
Unplug and then plug the charging cable back into the device.
Check if the charging sign appears on the screen.
Step 2: If Charging Sign is Visible
Charge the Device:
Allow the device to charge for at least two hours.
Power On the Device:
Press and hold the power button (the tiny white button on the top left-hand side of the device).
Step 3: If Charging Sign is Not Visible
Test with Another USB Cable:
Identify the type of USB cable needed (USB A to Micro USB or USB Type-C).
Test the device with a different USB cable of the same type.
Test with Another Adapter:
Use an alternative adapter (any standard Android charger is compatible).
Step 4: Contact Support
