Reebot your ExpressPod
In this article you’ll learn how to reboot your ExpressPod. This might be necessary if your ExpressPod has become unresponsive, or one of our support team has asked you to reboot the ExpressPod.
Before you start
You should be in an area with good 3G or 4G reception for this procedure.
Steps
Remove the question holder to give yourself easier access to the power switch.
Slide the power switch to the Off position.
Wait 10 seconds, then slide the power switch back to the On position.
The ExpressPod LED will start flashing while the ExpressPod reconnects to the local cellular network. This process can take up to 60 seconds.
