Download results

In addition to viewing live results in the dashboard, users can download them in an Excel spreadsheet or as a PDF document.

Before you start

You must have a Stream with some data in it.

Steps

1. Visit https://insights.ombea.com/ and log in with your username and password.
2. Use the Touchpoint, Stream, and Date selectors to display the data you wish to download.
3. Click the Download button (to the right of the Date Selector).
4. Choose the format and your report will be downloaded to your usual Downloads folder.
