Add a Touchpoint

Add a Touchpoint to a Location or Website

1. From the menu on the left-hand side, click Touchpoints.
2. Select the Location that should encompass the Touchpoint in question and click Edit.
3. Click through to the Touchpoints section.
4. Click Add Touchpoint and follow the on-screen prompts.
