Reboot Your ExpressTab
Frozen or out of sync? A restart usually does the trick
If your ExpressTabA tablet-based feedback device for longer surveys. Supports branching and multi-question flows. is frozen or not syncing data, a restart usually fixes it. Make sure you are in an area with good 3G or 4G reception.
How to Reboot
- Press and hold the power button.
- Select Restart from the on-screen menu.
The ExpressTab restarts and reconnects automatically.
Good to Know
The ExpressTab is designed to auto-restart. Selecting "Power off" from the menu just triggers a restart. To fully power down the device, disconnect the power cable and wait for the battery to drain.
