Reboot Your ExpressPod
A quick power cycle fixes most connectivity issues
If your ExpressPodA physical feedback button device with five smiley faces. Battery-powered, connects via WiFi. is not syncing data or behaving unexpectedly, a reboot is the fastest fix. Make sure you are in an area with good 3G or 4G reception.
How to Reboot
- Remove the question holder from the front of the ExpressPod.
- Slide the power switch to Off.
- Wait 10 seconds.
- Slide the power switch back to On.
The LED will flash while the device reconnects -- this can take up to 60 seconds. Once the LED is steady, the ExpressPod is back online.
