Reboot Your ExpressPod

A quick power cycle fixes most connectivity issues

If your ExpressPod is not syncing data or behaving unexpectedly, a reboot is the fastest fix. Make sure the device has a solid network connection (WiFi or cellular, depending on your model).

How to Reboot

  1. Remove the question holder from the front of the ExpressPod.
  2. Slide the power switch to Off.
  3. Wait 10 seconds.
  4. Slide the power switch back to On.

The LED will flash while the device reconnects -- this can take up to 60 seconds. Once the LED is steady, the ExpressPod is back online.
