Reboot Your ExpressPod

A quick power cycle fixes most connectivity issues

If your ExpressPodA physical feedback button device with five smiley faces. Battery-powered, connects via WiFi. is not syncing data or behaving unexpectedly, a reboot is the fastest fix. Make sure you are in an area with good 3G or 4G reception.

How to Reboot

  1. Remove the question holder from the front of the ExpressPod.
  2. Slide the power switch to Off.
  3. Wait 10 seconds.
  4. Slide the power switch back to On.

The LED will flash while the device reconnects -- this can take up to 60 seconds. Once the LED is steady, the ExpressPod is back online.
