Clean Your Hardware
A clean terminal collects more responses -- here is how to maintain yours
Your terminals get touched hundreds of times a day. A clean device looks inviting and collects more responses. A grimy one? People pretend it doesn't exist.
How to Clean
Use a dry cloth with a mild detergent-based cleaner. Wipe down the body of the device regularly.
Use a microfiber cloth on the perspex to avoid scratches.
Consider using an antiseptic-based wipe on the buttons themselves, especially in public-facing environments.
Warning:
Do not expose the internal electrical components to any fluids. Clean the outside only.
Good to Know
Add your Ombea terminals to your regular cleaning rotation. Same cadence as door handles and tills. Easy to forget, easy to do.
