Reboot your ExpressTab
In this article you’ll learn how to reboot your ExpressTab. This might be necessary if your ExpressTab has become unresponsive, or one of our support team has asked you to reboot the ExpressTab.
Before you start
You should be in an area with good 3G or 4G reception for this procedure.
Steps
Press and hold the ExpressTab power button.
A menu will appear on the ExpressTab screen, where you can select the option to Restart.
Note that you cannot switch the ExpressTab off. If you try, it will automatically start up again. This is deliberate and is designed to keep the ExpressTab running and collecting feedback for you. If you must switch the ExpressTab off, the best way is to remove the power cable and wait for the battery to run down.
