Log In and Reset Your Password

Can't access your account? Start here

All Ombea Insights accounts are accessed at insights.ombea.com. Here's how to get in — and what to do when you can't.

Bookmark insights.ombea.com and save your credentials in a password manager. Quick access means you're more likely to check your feedback regularly — and regular check-ins drive better results.

Log In

  1. Go to insights.ombea.com.
  2. Enter your email address and password.
  3. Click Log in.

Forgot Your Password?

  1. Go to insights.ombea.com.
  2. Click Forgot your password?
  3. Enter the email address tied to your account.
  4. Check your inbox — you'll receive a reset link within a few minutes.
  5. Click the link, set a new password, and log in.
  • Check your spam or junk folder — the email comes from Ombea and can get caught by filters.
  • Make sure you're using the exact email your account was created with. Ask your Ombea admin if you're unsure.
  • Try again — sometimes corporate email filters delay delivery.

Change Your Password

If you're already logged in and want to update your password:

  1. Click your name in the top-right corner and select Account.
  2. Click Change password.
  3. Enter your Current password, New password, and Confirm new password.
  4. Click Change PWD.

Common Issues

Double-check for typos. Passwords are case-sensitive. If you've tried multiple times, use the Forgot your password? flow to reset.

You can't create an account yourself — an admin at your organization needs to invite you. Ask your Ombea contact or have them check Users for how to add you.

Look for an invitation email from Ombea. Click the activation link in that email to set your password. If the invitation has expired, ask your admin to resend it — see Users.

Contact support@ombea.com. Email addresses can't be changed after account creation, but we can help sort it out.
