Log In and Reset Your Password

Can't access your account? Start here

All Ombea Insights accounts are accessed at insights.ombea.com. Here's how to get in — and what to do when you can't.

Forgotten Password

You've forgotten your password for Ombea.

  1. Visit insights.ombea.com.
  2. Click Forgot your password?
  3. Enter your email address when prompted.
  4. You will be sent a password reset link in the next few minutes. Use this to create a new password.
Tip:

If you don't receive your password reset link, check your spam folder before trying again.

Password Change

You can access Ombea, but you wish to change your password.

  1. Log in to your account at insights.ombea.com.
  2. Click on your name in the top right corner to reveal a drop-down menu.
  3. Click My Account.
  4. Click on the edit icon next to Password.
  5. Fill in the form and then click Change Password.
