Delete a Response

Remove test submissions, duplicates, or accidental feedback in seconds

Test submissions, duplicates, or obvious spam? Delete them in seconds -- a test submission, a duplicate, or feedback that was clearly accidental. You can delete responses one at a time or in bulk, straight from the results table.

Who Can Delete

Only users with Remove Results permission on the relevant Location or Website can delete responses. If you do not see the delete button, ask an Admin to check your permissions.

How to Get There

Open the Stream you want to edit, then open the Edit results view. You will see a table of all responses.

Delete a Single Response

1. Find the response in the results table.
2. Click the trash icon at the end of the row.
3. A confirmation dialog appears -- click Yes to confirm.

The response is permanently removed.

Delete Multiple Responses

1. Tick the checkbox next to each response you want to remove -- or use the checkbox at the top to select all visible responses.
2. The toolbar shows how many are selected (for example, "12 of 50 selected").
3. Click the delete button in the toolbar.
4. A confirmation dialog appears -- click Yes to confirm.

You can delete up to 500 responses at a time.
