Feedback Link Not Working
"Feedback link down? Here's the fix."
Your feedback link has probably expired. Here's how to get it running again — it takes under a minute.
Check the Stream End Date
This fixes the issue in the majority of cases.
- Log in at insights.ombea.com.
- Go to Streams in the sidebar.
- Find the Stream in the list (use the search bar if you have many Streams).
- Click the Stream to edit it.
- Extend the End date to a future date.
- Click Save.
Your feedback link will start working again immediately.
Other Causes
Try opening the link in a private/incognito window to rule out caching. If the link works there, clear your browser cache.
