Feedback Link Not Working

"Feedback link down? Here's the fix."

Your feedback link has probably expired. Here's how to get it running again — it takes under a minute.

Check the Stream End Date

This fixes the issue in the majority of cases.

  1. Log in at insights.ombea.com.
  2. Go to Streams in the sidebar.
  3. Find the Stream in the list (use the search bar if you have many Streams).
  4. Click the Stream to edit it.
  5. Extend the End date to a future date.
  6. Click Save.

Your feedback link will start working again immediately.

Other Causes

Try opening the link in a private/incognito window to rule out caching. If the link works there, clear your browser cache.
