The leaderboard
See how locations compete on feedback scores in real time.
- Set Up Gamification must be set up first.
The Leaderboard is where you follow the competition between Locations. When an admin enables gamification on a Stream, locations earn points based on their feedback performance — and the Leaderboard shows who is winning.
How to Get There
Click Leaderboard in the main navigation bar. If you do not see a Leaderboard option, gamification has not been enabled on any of your streams yet.
What You See
The page has three sections:
- Overall leaderboard — the top three locations by total accumulated points, displayed in a podium layout with their scores.
- Best Index — a round-by-round ranking table showing each location's satisfaction score and position for the current performance period.
- Best Index Improvement — a round-by-round ranking table showing each location's score change compared to the previous period.
Filtering
Use the controls at the top to narrow what you see:
- Touchpoint — pick a Folder or Location to see how it ranks.
- Stream — pick which gamified stream to view.
- Period — pick a performance period (round) to display.
Full-Screen Mode
Click the full-screen icon to expand the Leaderboard to fill the entire browser window. This is useful for wall-mounted displays in break rooms or offices to keep teams motivated.
Good to Know
Each performance period (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, or yearly), locations are ranked. The top locations earn points based on their position — first place earns the most. Points accumulate across all periods in the competition. For details on point formulas and weights, see Set Up Gamification.
During the very first performance period there is no previous period to compare against, so the Best Index Improvement scoreboard will not show results until the second round.
