TEST — Dashboard Overview
Your command center for satisfaction data — see scores, spot trends, and compare locations at a glance.
Two Views, One Dashboard
The Dashboard has two tabs at the top:
- Overview — the big picture. Score cards for each Stream, with trends and comparisons. This is where most people spend their time.
- Details — the deep dive. Charts, response breakdowns, and individual answers for a single Stream.
Think of Overview as the "how are we doing?" tab and Details as the "why are we doing that way?" tab.
The Overview Tab
When you log in, you land on the Overview. Each Stream (or Stream Mix) with Show on Overview enabled gets its own card showing:
- Overall score for the selected time period
- Trend arrow — compared to the average of previous periods
- See More — expands to show question-by-question results
Filtering the Overview
Use the Touchpoints dropdown at the top to filter by Location, Website, or Folder. This instantly updates all cards to show data for your selection.
You can also toggle Show hidden (top right) to reveal cards you've previously hidden from view.
The Details Tab
Click the Details tab to analyze a single Stream in depth. Here you'll find:
- Time period selector — choose from preset ranges or set custom dates
- Charts — line charts showing scores over time
- Response breakdown — how respondents answered each question
- Individual responses — every answer, with timestamps
Filtering in Details
The Details view adds more filtering options:
- Stream — pick which Stream to analyze
- Touchpoints — filter by location
- Time period — preset or custom date ranges
- Weekday filter — compare weekdays vs weekends
Exporting Your Data
Need to share results with someone who doesn't have access? Two options:
- PDF Report — click the download icon for a formatted report
- Excel Export — click the spreadsheet icon for raw data
Both exports respect your current filters — what you see is what you get.
Good to Know
- The Dashboard updates in near real-time. New responses typically appear within a few minutes.
- Score cards use the Insights Index by default. See Understanding Satisfaction Indices for details on how scores are calculated.
- You can run the Dashboard in Fullscreen Mode for presentations or lobby displays.
- Permissions determine which Locations you see. If data seems missing, check your access level with an admin.
