Create a new ExpressPod Stream

When you're logged into your Ombea account, you can create a new ExpessPod Stream in just a few simple steps.

Add your question

Click Streams in the menu -> Click the + button -> Select Stream -> Select ExpressPod


You will be taken directly to the edit view where you enter a question, choose your Question Type, and select an Index.

The index you choose will determine how Ombea will summarize your feedback. For help making the right choice, see our article on Understand satisfaction indices.

Distribute your Stream

Click Next or the Distribution tab and follow the steps.

Congratulations!

Your Stream is now ready to take data from your ExpressPod. You will see new data in the Stream at quarter past every hour.
